What the role involves
- Writing firmware and embedded software against real hardware constraints
- Working closely with hardware engineers through bring-up and integration
- Debugging problems that may be in software, hardware or the boundary between
- Meeting the safety or regulatory expectations of the target domain
What we look for
- C or C++ depth in a constrained environment
- Experience with the relevant architecture, RTOS or embedded Linux stack
- Exposure to the regulatory domain where it genuinely matters
- Comfort owning a problem that crosses the hardware boundary
