What working with us looks like
We will not send your CV anywhere without your explicit agreement, and we will not put you forward for roles that do not fit simply to make up a shortlist. When we do introduce you, it is directly to the hiring manager, with proper context on the business, the team and why the role is open.
Preparing for interview
Our consultants brief every candidate properly before an interview: who you are meeting, what they will focus on, and how the process runs end to end. If you are early in a search, we are happy to talk through the market and what your profile is worth before you commit to anything.

Email your CV with a line about the kind of move you are considering. A consultant who covers your discipline will come back to you, and we will never send your details anywhere without your explicit agreement.
